Returns Policy

Because many of our products are made to order or customised, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if there is an issue.

Eligible Returns

• Items received damaged or defective
• Significant deviation from the agreed custom specification
• Wrong item shipped due to our error

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom prints made to your specifications
• Items with personalisation unless defective
• Change-of-mind on made-to-order products
